AthleticsSt. Mary Catholic Physical Education Program
Students in grades Pre-K through 8 attend a weekly physical education (P.E.) class for 45 minutes. As a 2017 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, SMCS stresses the importance of teaching the “entire child.” This includes structured physical activities in a safe and comfortable learning environment to promote good sportsmanship, social skills, and an active healthy lifestyle. St. Mary Catholic School Athletics Program
St. Mary Catholic School provides opportunities for youth to further develop interests and talents through participation in athletics.
Athletics provides many students with a lifetime basis for personal values, for work, and for leisure activities. The development of good sportsmanship, cooperation, leadership, ethical behavior, and an appreciation for the importance of practice are encouraged.
SMCS students also participate in community sports programs with other SMCS students.
