St. Mary Catholic School Welcomes A New Middle School ELA Teacher!

We are pleased to announce that Mrs. Mary McNeil will take-on our middle school ELA as our long-term substitute teacher until Mrs. Karn returns later this school year.  She comes with an abundance of enthusiasm, a BA in English/Literature with a concentration in secondary education, and her experience working with kids includes substitute teaching in high school, and extensive work with parish youth groups.  We interviewed five candidates in our search process, and we are excited to have Mrs. McNeil join the team on October 25th.  She will continue to build on the archdiocesan curriculum standards, and plan lessons using the scope and sequence developed by Mrs. Karn.  Let’s welcome Mrs. McNeil! And let’s thank Mrs. Linda Field for all her hard work and generosity taking on this role at the beginning of the school year.
