St. Mary Catholic School offers a competitive and forward thinking technology initiative to students. Technology provides an avenue for communication, collaboration, problem solving, and efficiency. Our goal is to ultimately provide a one-to-one computing environment for all students.
St. Mary Catholic School is working proactively to provide a competitive learning environment for our students with awareness of the Digital Learning Plan implemented by Washington County Public Schools. Our students are not only provided the technology by physically placing iPads in their hands, they are also provided the tools for maximizing the educational benefits of iPad use by our faculty who embrace the teaching methods and means for implementation in the classroom learned during iPad specific Professional Development sessions.
St. Mary Catholic School students participated in our Race 4 Technology on May 12, 2017. Funds raised in support of this event will be used to purchase iPads for the 2017-2018 school year.
